By downloading or using Vixo, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

1. License and Access

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Vixo for personal, non-commercial purposes. You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

• Billing: Vixo offers premium subscriptions ("Pro"). Payment will be charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
• Management: You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings on the Google Play Store after purchase.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled by Google Play according to their refund policy.

3. User Content

• Ownership: You retain all rights to the images you upload and edit.
• License to Us: By uploading an image, you grant us a temporary license to process it on our servers to provide the editing service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You agree not to upload illegal, offensive, or infringing material.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
• Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's servers or networks.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that the AI results will always be accurate or meet your expectations.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Vixo be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the app.
